Brian Seher, a long-time Abrazo Health Care employee, serves as Arizona Market Chief Financial Officer.  Seher has an extensive background in health care finance and provides exemplary leadership for the Arizona Market.

Seher is responsible for all financial operations of the Arizona Market which includes six hospitals and employed physician entities. His oversight includes the centralized financial support areas of finance, decision support, materials management, business office, patient access/admitting and HIM.

He previously served as the interim Arizona Market CFO from November 2009 to September 2010.  He had been Vice President for Finance since 2010. He previously was Vice President for Reimbursement and Decision Support. Prior to that role, he served as interim Chief Financial Officer for West Valley Hospital, Maryvale Hospital and Phoenix Baptist Hospital over the years. He was deployed to stabilize hospital financial operations through leadership transitional periods. Seher began his career with Abrazo Health as a controller at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in 2001.

He earned a bachelor of science in accountancy from Arizona State University.
