Dana George is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arizona Heart Hospital and Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

George has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources management. Her previous leadership roles include human resources director for General Dynamics and Motorola.

She enjoys mentoring and supporting the development of women through her community involvement in various organizations which include: Fresh Start Foundation, Women’s Unlimited and the United Way Women’s Leadership Council. In addition, George supports the Wounded Warrior Program, Sentinels of Freedom Foundation and other Veteran organizations.
