I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ where learned from an early age from having parents in the healthcare field that I wanted to become a doctor.  In my childhood, I was exposed to multiple hospital and outpatient settings as a volunteer.  During my undergraduate years, I pursued multiple outlets of being active in the medical field including doing research and working in a podiatry office.  After graduating from the University of Arizona, I stayed in podiatry and eventually became an office manager, learning on the job practice management skills that is not always included in the medical school curriculum.  Although I was involved in patient care, there was still a fire in me that wanted to find a way to pursue my own career as a physician.  I then applied to Midwestern University, where my journey began in the Master’s Program, where I conducted research in spinal cord injury.  After completing my Master’s, I then matriculated into Medical School, where it was a long, challenging journey. But with persistence, my family and friends as my support, and my future patients as my motivation, I am so pleased to join the Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency team.  My aim is to provide patient care to the best of my abilities and to make a difference in all my patient’s lives in a positive manner. I also aim to promote preventative medicine and integrative medicine, guiding my patients in living a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with family and friend and going on adventures with my fiancée.  My hobbies include running, fitness, outdoor hiking, photography, videography, singing, cooking, and reviewing restaurants on Yelp.
