Mick Hoover is Director of Business Development at the Arizona Heart Hospital and Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

Hoover came from Mercy Health System in St. Louis, Missouri, where he served as Director of Growth and Business Development. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing and implementing new services and partnerships, successfully executing business plans as well as physician recruitment and medical staff development.

He has also served in various executive business development roles at organizations such as Carle Foundation Hospital, Fact Finders Inc., and the Lozier Corporation, where he experienced similar success in growing key service lines.

Hoover has a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Bachelor in Marketing degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
