Vicki Huber has recently joined Paradise Valley Hospital in Phoenix as the Chief Nursing Officer. 

She has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare and for the past 15 years served as the CNO at University Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nevada where she had responsibility for 1800 FTE’s and managed a $200 million expense budget. 

She is a passionate leader who enjoys problem solving, developing people and clinical programs, improving performance, collaborating with others, and leading strategic initiatives. 

She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green State University, a Masters of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Ohio and an MBA from the University of Toledo.
