Abrazo is using a tiered approach for hospital visitation, which can change based on ongoing COVID trends. To promote a safe environment for visitors and for patients, visitation may be limited. Please check with each facility before visiting as policy is subject to change.

Special circumstances may apply for support persons for childbirth or end-of-life patients, to be determined by hospital administration.

Anyone entering the hospital must wear a face mask, follow proper screening and hand hygiene recommendations, and maintain social distancing. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in maintaining a healing environment for our patients.

Our COVID SAFETY Standards

COVID SAFETY standards are built upon deep clinical expertise from previous crises and on-going management of COVID-19, as well as continuous incorporation of CDC, CMS and State recommendations. They are a rigorous combination of infection prevention processes, training, testing, personal protective equipment and technology. Our COVID SAFE standards includes five components:

• Distinct COVID SAFETY and COVID CARE Zones – separate areas with clear signage and protocols
• Rigorous Physician and Staff Protocols – daily self-screening, universal masking (cloth masks are not allowed in patient care areas) and access to PPE
• Heightened Sanitization – enhanced cleaning of surfaces and plenty of hand sanitization stations
• Access to COVID-19 Testing – testing for patients, physicians and staff who require it
• Precautions for Patients and Visitors – provision of face masks, hand sanitizer and physical distancing

Everyone, regardless of vaccination status (fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or unvaccinated for COVID-19), must follow these standards.
